The Management Board of Harper Hygienics S.A. expresses deep concern about hostilities in a neighboring country and advocates an immediate cessation of hostilities. We categorically oppose war and violence against civilians. Unprovoked aggression against a sovereign state and its people is unacceptable. We express our full support for the people of Ukraine in their fight against aggression.

Currently, Harper employs over 70 Ukrainian citizens, three of the five members of the Company’s Supervisory Board are Ukrainian citizens. They and their loved ones who find themselves in a difficult situation receive all possible support and necessary help.

Harper is leading a humanitarian aid effort for refugees from Ukraine, providing protective masks, disinfectants, disinfectant wipes, toilet paper and other products.

Harper Hygienics S.A. does not purchase raw materials, supplies or finished products from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. All purchasing activities from suppliers of raw materials and products from these countries have been stopped until peace and security are restored to Ukrainian citizens.
