  • 5.117.000 ordinary bearer’s shares series A, of nominal value 0.1 PLN each
  • 1.250.000 ordinary bearer’s shares series D, of nominal value 0.1 PLN each

The nominal value of each share of the Issuer is 0.1 PLN.
